RICH & RAWESOME FUDGY NUTZ
1/2 cup of raw walnuts
1/2 cup of raisins
In a food processor, blend the walnuts and raisins until it makes a greasy "Playdoh" consistency.
Wrap in a paper towel to absorb some of the oil from the raisins.
Roll about 1/2 tsp. of the fudge into a ball, flatten and press a walnut on top. If you don't care about presentation, then just roll the fudge around a walnut and enjoy. You can also drop the "fudge ball" into some cacao for a nice dusting.
